Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital goods and instant-access software licenses, all sales are final. We generally do not offer refunds once a license key has been issued or software has been downloaded, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure verifiable by our support team.
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Chapil Group LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of both the United States and foreign countries.
You agree not to use the Service to: (a) violate any national or international law; (b) infringe upon the rights of others; (c) attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or disassemble the software; or (d) use the software in a manner that could harm the integrity of third-party platforms.
In no event shall Chapil Group LLC, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
